Stylistic research and quality.
Ishikawa, Japanese-Italian sneakers for a unique style Stella on the upper, fluorescent colors, unique details and a vintage style reminiscent of Japan by Kill Bill: the Ishikawa footwear brand comes from an unprecedented collaboration between Italian entrepreneurship and Japanese creativity, with the decidedly ambitious goal of giving a hard time to the classic Converse All Star. The design of the shoes is in fact the result of the imagination of the designer Kyoto Ishikawa, but the idea behind the project is Angelo Lupis, business consultant and stylist of various fashion companies, including Diadora. The Ishikawa collection includes many models of hi-top and low-top sneakers, including some designed for running. Where does Ishikawa's trendy, metropolitan style come from? For both Angelo Lupis and Kyoto Ishikawa, the world of reference is that of the eighties, to which are added references to a mentioned and stylized Rising Sun. The idea of Lupis was to create a line of sneakers that winked at the youngest, but above all it was the result of Italian craftsmanship, which has always been known for its stylistic research and the quality of the materials used. After its debut with a capsule collection for the autumn-winter 2011/2012 season, Ishikawa is now a well-established brand in the world of quality streetwear and is present in hundreds of selected clothing and footwear stores, in Italy and abroad. . A limited edition recently came out, conceived for the Italian tour of the singer Mario Biondi.
