RETURNS AND REFUNDS - ITALY AND ITALIAN'S ISLANDS
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the unworn items presenting the warranty seal plate intact as described in the same can be returned within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
1) To request the replacement or return of the items, the Customer must access his personal profile 'MY ACCOUNT', in the specific section 'ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS ', select the order for which the return is to be made and scroll down to find the appropriate field to fill out to make the return. In this field, the following details must be specified:
a) NAME AND SURNAME
b) SHIPPING ADDRESS
c) NUMBER AND DATA ORDER
d) NUMBER OF DELIVERY DOCUMENT
e) DATE OF ORDER RECEPTION
f) EXPLANATION OF THE RETURN
g) CODE AND ARTICLE DESCRIPTION
h) CHOICE COMPENSATION: REFUND / REPLACEMENT / PURCHASE CREDIT

2) Punzi1949.com will send the customer a written confirmation with permission document to print and insert in the box to be sent in order to be sent by courier.
3) The shipping costs for the return of the items are defrayable from the buyer because the goods are of the outlet type, therefore already discounted.
4) The Customer must necessarily send the goods no later than the fourteenth day from the date of receipt of the goods (the postmark will attest), through reliable couriers if not the same when goods received, to : Abbigliamento Punzi S.r.l. C.so Umberto I °, 88 / A - 72014 Cisternino (BR) - ITALY.
5) The package travels at the risk of the customer.
6) The safety strap with a sealed seal on the returned items must not be cut or broken or damaged in any way. Our security department keeps a photo of the seal for each item shipped, therefore, before making the change or refund, the seal will be compared with its fate in order to verify the total integrity of the same. The garments must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must not show any sign of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.
7) Each garment must be returned including all the original labels, packaging and accessories (hangers, clothing covers, boxes, etc.)
8) Returns must be sent within the same box of Abbigliamento Punzi s.r.l.
9) Punzi1949.com reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or sent by couriers other than those indicated in the email with return instructions.
10) If the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in the return policy, Punzi1949.com will not accept the returned goods and will be returned to the original sender address.
11) If the Customer requests a refund from Punzi1949.com, the same will happen by crediting the credit card of the Customer (if the same has paid with the credit card) or PayPal credit (if the customer has paid via PayPal) or bank transfer banking (if the customer has paid by bank transfer). The crediting may be visible on the customer's credit card statement or bank account after approximately 30 days from the date of reimbursement.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS - EXTRA EU
For returns made by EXTRA EU and European Community Countries, the compensation for the return will be limited to the reimbursement or the issuance of a purchase voucher and the return and postage costs will be charged to the Customer. It is not possible to replace the returned product with a different item or make a size/color change. If the customer is interested in making a size /color change, he will have to order from scratch. The goods returns procedure remains unchanged as described in point 1.
