
RETURNS AND REFUNDS - ITALY AND ITALIAN ISLANDS
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article 54 of the same decree, if for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned within the strict deadline of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
IMPORTANT: The right of withdrawal must be exercised and processed exclusively by filling out the relevant electronic form on the website. Requests submitted via email, WhatsApp, or external channels, as well as paper returns shipped independently without prior digital authorization, will not be accepted.
How to submit a request:
• For Registered Users: Log into your personal profile in the section dedicated to orders. Within the screen of the order you wish to return, two specific functions are available: click on the 'Request return' button to start the electronic procedure and, subsequently, use the 'Monitor pickup status' button to track the status of the return shipment.
• For Guest Purchases: If the purchase was made in guest mode (without creating an account), you can exercise your right of withdrawal by accessing the order verification section of the site, simply entering the order reference received in the confirmation email, and proceeding with the guided return request found on the return page.
Written authorization:
Following the submission of the correct form via the website buttons, Punzi1949.com will send the customer a written confirmation via email with the official authorization, which must be printed and placed inside the box before proceeding with the shipment entrusted to the courier.
Specifics on return shipping costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In addition, customers who benefit from free shipping on their first order by subscribing to the newsletter are required, in the event of a total or partial return of the goods, to refund the initial logistics costs incurred by us, which will be charged back based on the rates indicated in the Shipping and Delivery section of the website.
Shipping timelines:
The Customer must strictly entrust the goods to the courier no later than the fourteenth day from the date of return authorization through qualified carriers (e.g., BRT, DHL, or POSTE ITALIANE) to the address: Abbigliamento Punzi S.r.l. C.so Umberto I°, 88/A – 72014 Cisternino (BR) - ITALY. The package travels at the sole risk and peril of the Customer.
Product conformity conditions:
The security tag with the sealed label present on the items must not be cut, broken, or damaged in any way. Our quality control department keeps a photo of the seal for each shipped item: before issuing a refund or exchange, the seal will be strictly compared with the photographic history to verify its complete integrity. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must not show any signs of use. Shoe soles must be brand new and free of any scratches.
Every item must be returned complete with all original labels, tags, packagings, and accessories (hangers, garment covers, branded boxes, etc.) received in the order, placed inside the same original shipping box from Abbigliamento Punzi S.r.l.
Refusal of returns:
Punzi1949.com reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been previously authorized through the digital procedure or that do not comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in this policy. In such cases, the refused merchandise will be shipped back to the original sender's address at their expense.
Refund Procedure:
The refund will be processed within 14 days from the acceptance of the merchandise at our warehouses by crediting the same payment method used for the initial transaction (Credit Card, PayPal account, or Bank Transfer).
RETURNS AND REFUNDS - NON-EU AND EUROPEAN COMMUNITY
For return requests coming from NON-EU countries and continental Europe (outside Italy), compensation is strictly limited to a refund of the product's value or the issuance of a store credit. All customs duties and postal shipping expenses for the return of the goods are the responsibility of the Customer. Size or color exchanges are not available for international orders: if the Customer wishes to receive a different item, they must place a brand new order on the portal. The request must be made by filling out the online form (or via order reference for guests).
